About Our Services

Bear Construction Group is a seasoned federal contractor, having supported domestic/CONUS construction projects for military and civilian federal owners. We are proud to have served as a lead subcontractor on projects valued at more than $4,000,000 for the Department of Agriculture, the Department of the Army, the General Services Administration, the Department of Energy, the Department of Justice, and the National Security Agency.

Our past performance has provided us a unique understanding of the challenges of fielding and managing crews and equipment, and sourcing and storing materials in high-security and “citizen-only” campus settings.

In addition to the general construction services, Bear Construction Group also provides various construction support, including project management, contract administration, and general conditions support, such as:
